1. Fill out our online job ticket creation form by clicking HERE.

2. Send your Mac or other Apple device in using the method you chose for inbound shipping.

3. Once your Mac has been recieved we will run diagnostics. We won't proceed with any repairs until we have your approval. A complete diagnostic is free with any service, or with any approved repair. If you choose not to have any repairs or service performed on your Mac, there is a $49 processing fee

4. We repair and/or upgrade your Mac as discussed and then retest your Mac to ensure a complete repair.

5. We ship your Mac back to you using the return shipping option that you chose during the job ticket creation process.
